Ticket, Weather & Privacy Policy

MeiAn Piano

No-Refund / Ticket Policy (Legal Notice)

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

MeiAn Piano events are limited-capacity, ticketed live performances. Due to the nature of these events, all art materials are prepared and made to order, and food and dessert items are custom ordered and allocated per guest in advance. Once a ticket is purchased, materials, food, staffing, and production costs are immediately incurred and inventory is reserved.

For this reason, no changes can be accommodated after purchase.

Accordingly:

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, personal safety decisions, or weather concerns.

  • No ticket transfers to another person are permitted.

  • No ticket exchanges to another date or event are allowed.

  • Failure to attend an event that proceeds as scheduled constitutes a no-show, and all ticket value is forfeited.

By completing your purchase, you affirmatively acknowledge and agree to this policy. This policy applies regardless of payment method and is enforceable in the event of payment disputes or chargebacks, except where prohibited by law.

Snow & Severe Weather Policy

At MeiAn Piano, the safety of our guests, artists, and staff is our top priority. Please review this policy carefully before attending an event.

Event Status Decisions

  • Events will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise announced.

  • Decisions regarding delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to snow or severe weather will be made no later than three (3) hours before the event start time, unless conditions change unexpectedly.

  • All official updates will be communicated via email and/or SMS/text message to the contact information provided at checkout and posted on our official channels.

If the Event Proceeds

  • If an event proceeds as scheduled, tickets remain non-refundable, including for weather-related concerns, unsafe travel conditions, or personal safety decisions.

  • Guests who feel unsafe traveling may arrive later during the event window, subject to the tardy/late-arrival policy.

If the Event Is Canceled by MeiAn Piano

In the rare event that MeiAn Piano cancels an event due to severe weather:

  • Tickets will be transferred to a future date of the same event series, or

  • An event credit will be issued for a future MeiAn Piano event.

Refunds are not guaranteed, unless required by law.

If the Event Is Rescheduled

  • Tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

  • If you are unable to attend the new date, an event credit will be offered.
    (No refunds.)

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend an event that proceeds as scheduled will be considered a no-show, and tickets will be forfeited without refund, transfer, or credit.

Travel & Personal Safety

Guests are responsible for assessing their own travel conditions and making decisions that prioritize personal safety.

Privacy Policy & SMS Consent

Information We Collect

When you purchase tickets, RSVP for events, or communicate with MeiAn Piano, we may collect personal information including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

This information is collected solely for event-related communication and operational purposes.

Use of Phone Numbers & SMS Communication

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from MeiAn Piano, including but not limited to:

  • Event confirmations and reminders

  • Schedule changes, delays, or cancellations (including weather-related updates)

  • Order or ticket-related communications

Messages are transactional and informational in nature. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Opting out may limit your ability to receive time-sensitive event updates.

Data Use & Sharing

  • MeiAn Piano does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Personal information is used only as necessary to operate events, fulfill purchases, and communicate essential updates.

Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, submitting an RSVP, or providing your contact information, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Ticket, Weather & Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.
